Free, for Australian businesses

Find out how you actually show up in Google

Most business owners have never seen what their customers see. Put your website address in below and we will read your site the way Google reads it, then show you 4 plain-language scores and exactly where you appear on the map across your area.

No jargon, no scare tactics, and if your site is in good shape we will tell you that too.

Free, and no email needed for this part. It takes up to a minute, because we wait for Google's own speed measurements for your site rather than guessing at them.

Why most local businesses lose work they never hear about

When someone needs what you do, they search for it, glance at the first handful of results, and ring one of them. The whole decision takes under a minute. If you are not in that handful, you never find out the job existed.

That is what makes this problem hard to notice. A quiet month feels like a quiet market. It usually is not. It is far more often a site that Google struggles to read, a page that takes 6 seconds to load on a phone, or a business that Google is not confident enough about to show in the map results for the next suburb over.

None of that shows up in your inbox. It shows up as work that goes to somebody else. The point of this report is to make it visible, so you can decide whether it is worth doing anything about.

The 4 things we score

Findability

Whether Google can reach, read and list every page you have. This is the foundation, because the rest of the work only pays off once your pages can actually be found.

Technical Health

Whether the site loads quickly and works properly for the people who arrive. Most people give a page around 3 seconds before they go back and try the next result.

Local Presence

Whether Google understands where you are and who you serve. This is what decides the map results, and the map results are where most local searches are won.

Credibility

Whether the site looks like a serious business in search results and on the page. You are often being compared against 2 other quotes on nothing more than a headline.

Each score comes with the specific findings behind it, written in plain terms, with what the problem is costing you and what to do about it. The full list of checks is on the what we check page.

Common questions

What does the report actually check?
We read your website the way Google reads it, before any of the design loads. We check whether Google can reach and list your pages, how quickly the site loads on a phone, whether you look like a local business to Google, and whether your listing in search results does you justice. The full list is on the what we check page.
Is it really free?
The 4 scores are free and need no email address. The live map scan is also free, and we ask for an email because the scan takes a few minutes to run and that is how we get it to you. There is no card, no trial and no obligation.
What is the map scan?
We check 49 separate points spread across a 5km area around your business and record where you appear in the local results at each one. The result is a grid of coloured pins. Most owners find it far more useful than any score, because it shows the exact streets where a competitor is being found instead of them.
Will the report just tell me everything is broken?
No. If your site is in good shape the report says so and tells you which parts are done well. A report that finds fault with everyone is a sales document rather than a diagnostic, and it would be obvious. Plenty of the sites we check come back strong.
Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The report is yours either way. If you want us to work through it with you, reply to the email. If you would rather hand it to whoever manages your site, that is a perfectly good outcome too.
How accurate is it?
The website checks are exact: we either found the thing or we did not. The map scan reflects real local results at the moment we ran it, and local results do move around. The speed figures come from Google's own data for your site, based on real visits where enough of them exist.

Who is behind this

Chris Lourenco, Director of Loudachris Digital Marketing

Hi, I'm Chris Lourenco.

I run Loudachris Digital Marketing out of Adelaide, working with service businesses across Australia. We do search and Google Ads, which is why this report grades the things we can actually fix rather than the things that make for a dramatic chart.

When you reply to your report, it comes to me. There is no account manager in between and no handover to somebody you have not met.

More about how we work is on the who we are page, and the process behind the report is on how it works.
