Short version: we collect an email address and a business name, we send you your report, and we follow up once. Nothing is sold or passed on.
What we collect
For the free scores, we collect the website address you enter and nothing that identifies you. We record your network address briefly, purely to stop the tool being hammered by automated traffic.
If you ask for the map, we also collect your business name and your email address. That is the complete list. We do not ask for a phone number, a company size, a budget or a card.
What we do with it
We send you your report. We follow up once to ask whether it was useful, and if you do not reply, that is the end of it. Every message we send carries a working unsubscribe link and identifies who it is from, as required under the Spam Act 2003.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone. The information sits with us and with the services that deliver the email on our behalf.
Public information about your business
The report is built from information that is already public: your website as anyone can view it, your Google listing, and where your business appears in local search results. We do not access anything private, and we do not need a login to anything you own.
Having your details removed
Reply to any message from us and ask, or use the unsubscribe link. We will remove your details and confirm that we have. You do not need to give a reason.
