Loudachris Digital Marketing. Based in Adelaide, working with service businesses across Australia, and the reason this report grades what it grades.
What we do
Search and Google Ads, plus the website work that supports them. That is the whole list. We are not a full-service agency and we do not try to be, because the businesses we work with tend to want one channel done properly rather than 5 done thinly.
Most of our clients are trades and home services, healthcare and allied health, and professional services. Adelaide first, then Melbourne, then everywhere else. The pattern is usually the same: a business that is good at the work, already spending something on being found, and not getting a fair return on it.
Why this report exists
Because the conversation is much better when it starts with something specific. A general pitch about search is easy to ignore. A map showing that you disappear 2 suburbs from your own front door is not.
It also works as a filter, honestly in both directions. If your site comes back strong, we would rather tell you that than manufacture a problem. There is no version of this where inventing an issue works out well for either of us.
How we work
Directly. When you reply to your report, you are writing to Chris Lourenco, who runs the business and does the work. There is no account manager layer and no handover to somebody you have not met.
We are also upfront about scope. We do not do social media management, Meta ads, influencer work or content production. If that is what you need, we will say so rather than take the work. What we do is the channel where somebody has already decided they need what you sell and is actively looking for it.
